Green Inc. blog from the New York Times features a story on Electrorides, Inc., a company that recently demonstrated ZeroTruck: a delivery truck powered by a 100-kilowatt motor with 134 horsepower. The juice for the electric motor comes from lithium-ion batteries, carrying enough charge to power a typical home for three weeks.
