Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) has announced they now offer commercial truck and bus operators the option to receive email notification of valuable special offers containing hundreds of dollars in instant savings on commonly-used parts, service and preventive maintenance repairs. Also included in the emails are useful tips containing the latest industry news and information about rapidly changing technology.
DTNA is the first and only OEM in the industry to provide such information by individual retail dealer and distributor location on its company websites.
“We understand how challenging it is to compete in today’s market,” said Todd Hooper, director of Parts and Service Marketing for DTNA. “Now customers can access real-time special parts and service offers in a clear format. We know that trucking companies and owner/operators want to keep their vehicle operation costs low, no matter where they are or what commercial vehicle they drive.”
